Personal growth, deep connections, and intentional living.
I am Dr. Wilma, a psychologist and social wellness architect with a simple but deeply held belief: healing doesn't happen in isolation. I built The Soulcial Well because I felt the gap myself and kept hearing it from the people around me. Everyone was craving real connection but the spaces for it felt forced, awkward, or just didn't exist. So I created one. It started with an event and a deck of cards I made for honest dialogue — what became the Candid Conversation framework. That first event made clear there was a real gap I could fill, and I kept building as I moved from Los Angeles to Houston to Atlanta. At its core, Candid Conversation is a mode of storytelling. It creates the conditions for people to be authentic, vulnerable while being genuinely received by others. That kind of exchange is universal. It crosses language, culture, and background because the human need underneath it is the same everywhere. Today, Candid Conversation is the foundation of every Soulcial Well program. Each one is built around experiential learning design — meaning people don't just hear about connection, they practice it in real time and walk away with something they can actually apply in their daily lives. Every program has a curriculum I designed that can be adapted across different settings, populations, and audiences, because real connection shouldn't be a one-size-fits-all experience.
